  • It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the personal data provided to Taiwan Buddhist Tzu-Chi Foundation Malaysia (the Foundation), its employees, and/or volunteers during the e-invoice application process. Any e-invoice containing inaccurate and/or incorrect information shall be deemed as void and the Foundation, its employees, and/or volunteers shall not be liable for any costs, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from discrepancies, inaccuracies, or incorrect information provided on the e-invoice.
  • E-invoices are not valid for tax deduction purposes. Tax deduction can ONLY be applied using Official Donation Receipt issued by the Foundation as stated in the Guideline for the Approval from IRB Director General under S44(6) of Income Tax Act 1967 for Institution/Organisation/Foundation Dated 20 August 2024.
  • The Foundation shall reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to make decisions regarding any requests related to the e-invoice, including but not limited to any amendments. The decision made by Tzu Chi Foundation shall be final and conclusive.
