Solidarity Fund Coming to a Close  but Tzu Chi’s Relief Effort Continues

The Malaysia Solidarity Covid-19 Fund is coming to a close today on September 18. Tzu Chi would like to take this opportunity to express our utmost gratitude and sincerest appreciation to our interfaith partners and organizations that have supported, endorsed and responded to our fundraising effort, and all donors for your kind and generous donation during this unprecedented time. Once again, Malaysians have demonstrated great resilience and strength in coming together, standing as one nation in support of each other.

While fundraising under Solidarity Fund ends, Tzu Chi’s support for our healthcare system and needy families impacted by the pandemic will continue. All donations after the 18th will go to Tzu Chi’s Charity Fund  (tax deductible) to support our ongoing effort.

Donation to the Charity Fund (Malaysia Solidarity Covid-19 Fund) is eligible for tax deduction. According to Malaysia Income Tax Act 1967, an applicant is required to submit official receipts along with donor details (either personal or company), English name/company name, IC number/company registration number, and address.
